I completed my MN licensure for Real Estate sales in 2022, prior to leaving my career at Tesla. I come from a background of machining and enjoyed my work in that field. Having been in the machining world since I was 18 years old, it was time for a change. I decided to make the leap into Real Estate and join my wife as her career continues to gain momentum.
Shortly after leaving Tesla in January 2023, I received an offer to work with a start up company in Bloomington, MN and I just couldn't pass it up.
So while I'm not yet doing Real Estate full time, I work in a supporting role along side of Libby. I have become very proficient in creating Comparative Market Analysis reports (CMA's). I also assist in much of the background work in preparation for buyers showings and in some of the planning for listing a property on the MLS.
I have learned a great deal already and I'm excited to jump in with both feet when the time is right.

Are you curious about the current market activity? The Market Meter shows the current pace of the market in the Twin Cities that a buyer or seller is likely to experience. It factors in the average showings per week per listing "demand", inventory of homes "supply" and affordability. 0 to 1.99 is a strong Buyer's market, 2 to 3.99 is a Buyer's market, 4 to 5.99 is a stable market, 6 to 7.99 Seller's market, and 8 or higher is a strong Seller's market. If it goes above 10 or below zero then it is in an extreme market condition.
